Zhang Jinling and Ye Bin have won a grant from the ChineseAcademy of Social Sciences (CASS) for their research projects. Zhang is going to work on Institutional Framework and Orientation of Value in the Study of Ethnic Issues in Contemporary France, and Ye will study the Mutual Recognition and Free Movement of Judgements in European Judicial Cooperation.
The two young researchers, who got their doctoral degrees from France and China respectively, were admitted into IES in 2009.
In order to support its young scholars to conduct academic work, CASS has been offering grant to them for quite a few years. By the end of the project, they need to submit a paper to be published in a journal.
